The Flats
at Cotton Council
Memphis, Tennessee
Heritage began its first project in its hometown with the rehabilitation of the former Cotton Council Building in Memphis, TN. Due to the work of Heritage, the community has a great asset that retains the look of the neighborhood.
The Tower
Tuscaloosa, Alabama
In 2014, Heritage completed the redevelopment of the 10-story, First National Bank Building in downtown Tuscaloosa, Alabama into the mixed-use development now known as Tuscaloosa Tower.
Land Bank Lofts
Columbia, South Carolina
In 2016, Heritage completed the redevelopment of the former Federal Land Bank Building and the adjoining city block. The site now features 113 apartment units, as well as, a newly constructed YMCA.
The Maclellan
Chattanooga, Tennessee
Originally constructed in 1924, the Maclellan Building, a 13-story, Classical Revival style commercial building in downtown Chattanooga was redeveloped by Heritage in 2017 and now features 85 upscale apartments with first floor retail.
Hamilton National Bank Building
Chattanooga, Tennessee
Heritage is currently redeveloping the 16-story, former Hamilton National Bank Building into a mixed-use facility. First Horizon Bank currently occupies half of the building in their recently renovated space. The remainder of the building will be developed for luxe, downtown living.
Merchants Plaza
Mobile, Alabama
Heritage is currently redeveloping the 18-story, former Merchants National Bank Building. Merchants Plaza will be the single largest renovation of a historic property to date in the City of Mobile. It will contain 17 floors of high-rise apartments, a large commercial office space, and new ground floor retailers and restaurants in the heart of downtown Mobile.
